Sunday began with a visit to Denver ZOO in the morning. Again, it was a new part of the Eurolanche Invasion schedule in the project's history. We could spend there only a half and hour as the Avalanche afternoon game was schedule at 1 pm. Denver ZOO was opened in 1896 and according to the Wikipedia "it became the first zoo in the United States to use naturalistic zoo enclosures rather than cages with bars". It is only one of four ZOOs in the world which holds a special certificate as well. Polar bears, grizzlies, gorillas, tiger, lion, elephant are animals amongst others there.

A game against the Predators was unlucky and our first loss on this trip. During its course I took a participation in the jumping jacks challenge along with my friend Jim from Colorado Springs. I performed a little European jumping jacks as I had never seen an US "edition" before. Of course I lost it, but despite that I was awarded with a gift card for the shopping in the Altitude Authentics. Finally, I was also interviewed during the second intermission at the big Pepsi Vision and my Eurolanche book was presented there too. All this happened thanks an arena moderators Nicole Hurdle and Alexis Perry who have known us for years. Thanks a lot for your support!

After the game, we had a good food at the Czech restaurant SoBo 151 and then came back to hotel for an early sleep as our Monday's flight to Chicago was scheduled for 6 am. We are going there for two Avalanche road games.

The Predators game was the 60th in the Eurolanche Invasion history.
