We had to get up at 3 am in the morning on Monday because in the evening before we found out about strict bag policy of the Frontier airlines - each of us planned to take a backpack on road to Chicago and Columbus, but it would cost us so much money that it does not worth. So we woke up, drove to my friend's (Nick) house where our big bags had been stored yet, took one of them, placed all stuff inside and left to the Denver airport. After two-hour flight, we landed in Chicago and took a train to the Downtown. We could seen many differences immediately - Chicago is a massive, a big city, like little New York with all those skyscrapers. There are many poor neighborhoods and the weather is so cold we had to stay inside our apartment later for the rest of the evening. Speaking about accommodation, it is extremely well priced in the Downtown, only feets of the Cloud Gate.

During the day, we had a walk along the Lake Michigan and streets in the heat of Chicago. We also took a train around the city. Later, we visited the Wrigley Field of the Chicago Cubs baseball stadium and even traveled for one hour to the city of Winnetka just in front of the famous house where two first movies ot the Home Alone were shot.
