After a difficult flight from Boston, we checked in at midnight at the hotel nearby Denver airport. In the morning, we picked up our big suitcases from our American friends. For lunch, I went to the tower on the main, 16th Street Mall in downtown Denver for the first time. It was recently opened to the public. It's called the Daniels & Fisher Tower and was once one of the tallest buildings in the USA. On a beautiful, warm day that couldn't even be compared to the weather in Boston, I was treated to views of Denver and the surrounding area that I've never experienced before. I also saw the Ball Arena, the photos are worth it. It's definitely a new activity that Eurolanche shouldn't miss on future trips.

This was followed by a tour of the Ball Arena, which Eurolanche took for the first time since its major renovation. We got to see some interesting areas, including the owner's club. We used this time to do some last-minute shopping in the arena.

We had a late lunch at the invitation of Nancy and Jeff at their home. They are long-time friends of Eurolanche and we were very grateful to be able to visit them and see Nancy's impressive collection of Avs memorabilia.

We said goodbye to other friends during the intermissions of our last game. The game against the Blues was number 9, which surpassed all previous trips. We were of course pleased with the win and the great performance. Thanks to this, the success rate of the Tour XV games reached the 50% mark, meaning we did not fall into a negative balance, which has only happened twice so far.

We used the last full day in Denver for a variety of activities, which is proof of how packed the Tour XV was, despite its extreme length.
