Day 3 in Denver began with a visit to the Avalanche game day practice at Pepsi Center. It was fun to watch a full pace practice and met some familiar faces and our friends from Altitude TV, KSE and other sports media. Peter Forsberg was in the crowd too as he is a guest for the outdoor game. He even took a ride on Zamboni. Go to Eurolanche.com for the photos of this unusual moment.

Another wave of shopping followed afterwards at the team store, Walmart and Denver Downtown for the first time at this Invasion. We could not miss the Capitol building and had a walk on the 16th Street Mall. There we met a firefighter vehicle with random people moving up to the skies on a platform for some good cause. Of course we had to try it, so we could see Denver from very unusual view. Be sure to check our photo gallery.

A highlight of a day was Game 2 against the Capitals. It did not finish well despite it looked very good for the first half. During the game, we met several our friends - old and new ones too. We are really thankful for their friendships, we appreciate it as much as it is possible. Thank you for everything, for your help, for nice words!

Before the game, we met entire Altitude TV crew - Kyle Keefe, Mark Rycroft and John-Michael Liles. The latter was a phenomenal player and person of the ice when we met him during our first years in Denver. Time flies fast, he is now in retirement, but he has never change. Really nice guy. Thank you too!
