Fans, welcome to the Eurolanche Invasion IX diaries. Between January 12 and 26, the Invasion IX crew will write daily diaries at this place about their experiences in Denver. You will be able to read the most detailed info here about visited Avalanche games, trips in and outside Colorado and general life of European tourists in the USA.

Diaries will be updated usually in the evenings of Denver time (CET +8 hours). If any delay occurs, you will be informed on time. Diaries will be available in four language versions - English, Czech/Slovak and for the first time ever in Hungarian too.

In total, 10 Eurolanche members from Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Finland take a part the Invasion IX. For 9 of them it is their first time in Colorado with the Eurolanche.

We will fly to Denver on January 12. In the early European morning, we will take the first flight from Vienna, Austria to London with British Airways. Four hours later, we will get into the plane and fly directly to Denver in 10-hour flight.

We should land in Denver at 2:20 pm local time (22:20 CET). Immediately after our arrival, we will go to the Pepsi Center for our frist game against Anaheim Ducks. We will provide you the next update afterwards in the evening.
