For some of us, it took 24 hours for getting to Denver. Our common journey began in Bratislava, Slovakia, where our small group met and drove for a nearby airport next to Vienna, Austria. After a short flight in a surprisingly huge plane, we landed to Frankfurt in Germany.

To our next surprise, everything was going so fast we would make it to the next connecting flight to Denver which departed only an hour after we landed. Anyway, we had to stick to an original plan and waited for the next one in three hours. No rush, no hurry.

A 10-hour flight to Denver went smooth without complications and significant delay. Customs were fast as well, the same followed at the car rental desk. What a contrast to some previous trips!

We made it to Ball Arena on time, where we met our longtime friends and supporters. It was the only nice thing of the evening after a horrible game. Yes, it's true it was the first time for Eurolanche at the playoffs, but we hoped for a better result.

The atmosphere in the sold-out stands was nosier and better than in the regular season. The overall concept and show prepared by the team was amazing. Again, we are really sad for the result... Do you believe in miracles?
