3173 kilometers or 1972 miles. Those are numbers of our road trip to Dallas. Only between Wednesday and Sunday. I probably don’t have to underline how tired we are.
Anyway, we woke up at 6 am on Sunday and left Shamrock early. Our way went via Kansas on purpose even when it prolonged the drive by some minutes. Eurolanche wasn't there before. Only stop of our road back to Denver was at the Bent's Old Fort National Historic Site, the former border point between Mexico and USA that has a strong position in the Colorado history and that is located so far from everywhere that it’s unlikely we would visit it once again in the future.
What we saw on our way back to Denver? Endless prairies, herds of thousands of cows, farm houses, small museums and rare points of interests that we could admire only from the car due to a lack of time, and in generally a huge contrast between Denver and Rocky Mountains.
We are glad to be back in Denver for the final part of our trip. Game 5 followed in the evening with another tough loss.
