The first full day in Denver started with a visit of rental company. It is the first time in the Invasion history when we decided to rent cars, but it seems like a perfect decision for a group of 8 Europeans.

We spent ours prior the game in Downtown Denver. For most of the members it was their first time there and they really enjoyed because Denver is no rush and chaotic city like some other places in USA and next big countries. After a lunch in a typical American cuisine we entered Pepsi Center for the first game of Invasion VII.

We have known the Eurolanche isn't something strange for the local fans, but we really didn't expect such warm welcome from the fans and also Colorado Avalanche employees. Firstly, we were interviewed by Conor McGahey and it was broadcasting directly on the big jumbotron. Secondly, our member took a part in the contest on the ice in the second intermision. Finally, we appeared many times on the jumbtoron during warm up. You will be able to watch videos of first two events at www.eurolanche.com soon.

We were little disappointed at the end of the game, but it changed very fast when the first Avalanche players met us. We met almost of them and took many photos and got many autographs. It will be better to give a room for someone of the group who is in Denver for the first time in the next days. Their feelings are hard to describe by me.

We are going to drive around Denver on Sunday and visit some interesting places.
