We finally landed in Denver in the afternoon of the local time on Saturday. We traveled from Budapest, Hungary to Paris, France where stayed overnight at the airport hotel. The next day brought unforgettable journey to Minnesota. French crew had a lot of time for everything, so the flight was delayed and then we had less than 90 minutes for the customs and another check-in in USA. A queue was long, nobody wanted to help us, so we had to wait, but finally could make it on time. Then we had to re-checked our baggage and the first problem appeared. My baggage wasn´t anywhere. Meanwhile, our group of six members split in small groups, so it was kind of the stressful situation. Norbert was the first who reached the gate that was about to close. One of the crew members at the airport had to call to the pilot and asked him if he can wait on the Eurolanche. Pilot agreed. However, I was still searching on my bag and I had to decide if I would stay in Minnesota or rejoin my group. I chose the second option and ran to the plane. I had to pass another controls, but I made it as the very last passenger. I lost my breath and for the first time in my life I had to push the button over your head in the plane to call a steward. I needed drink something. After very short flight we landed in Denver and I went directly to my airlines and asked them for the help. At the end, only me and one other Czech guy who wasn´t in the Eurolanche group but also have lost baggage. Lady behind the desk was Czech too! Crazy coincidence.

We went to the famous Brooklyn´s bar near Pepsi Center for a dinner and visited lacrosse game in the Can. According to the new rules, we can´t take our photo cameras inside the building. Only the smallest one. You have to forget on the high quality photos... We will try to get them inside someway at the Avalanche games. Today is Sunday and we have to arrange everything for the start of the Invasion VI. My baggage should be on the way to USA from Europe now. I hope I can get it back before the game as I have there all my cards for the signature.

Moments after the land were horrible to me. Additionally, there was snowing. I believe the rest of my group is happy and exciting, especially guys who are here for the first time. They will share about their feelings with you in the upcoming days. We will try to write this diary together. Also, you can find daily updated photo gallery on the Facebook in the public album from today. Links on the photo gallery and diaries are available at Invasion.Eurolanche.com as well as the link on the story of the Invasion VI day. - David
